Their life span is is around 5 years and up to 10 years and they can be matt, semi gloss and even ultra high gloss. 

Epoxy Sealers

These sealers are extremely durable and can form a very hard, non-breathable coatings on the surface.

They are a two-pack product and have a weak UV resistance. So they are not a proper candidate for outdoor applications. 

Their life span is is around 5-10 years and they are usually gloss. 

The water-based epoxy sealers are quite common for apartment basements, industrial settings, and commercial car parks.
